Hello Orcutt School District Parents,

Welcome back! As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, it's time to complete your Aeries Parent Data Confirmation. This essential step ensures we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for your child.  Parent Data Confirmation begins tomorrow, July 15, 2025. 

Completing Your Aeries Parent Data Confirmation

Logging into your Parent Portal is required to:

• Review and update your child's address, phone numbers, and emergency contacts.

• Acknowledge important district documents and provide necessary permissions.

By completing these required updates and acknowledgements online, you'll avoid stacks of paperwork on the first day of school!

Required Documents to Print and Submit

After completing the data confirmation in the portal, you'll need to print and sign two documents to bring to your child's school before the first day of school:

1. The Data Confirmation Parent Signature form (required for school entry).

2. The Health Services Department Annual Health Update form.

Data confirmation is a requirement for entry into the new school year.

Important Dates and Information

• Elementary School Parents: Homeroom teacher assignments will be available in the Parent Portal on the evening of August 8th.

• Lakeview, Orcutt Junior High, and OAHS Students: Please watch for specific dates to visit your school before classes begin to complete procedures and receive your schedules.
